The Take – Up Holding Basket is used to draw the brushed profiles and store them on a trolley. This operation is done through pliers, and belts that accumulate the profiles on a platform of approximately 80-90 cm. wide , lifting the same platform with ten pneumatic pliers assisted by bars. All sensors, movements, and controls are overlooked by a PLC. The Take – Up Holding Basket can be paired with the TWIN Accumulator, who takes back to the insertion cavity those profiles that need to go twice through the process.
